Advanced Prostate Surgery Technology

Moving forward with prostate surgery is about moving forward with your life. The best choice for your surgical decision is the one that lets you get back to normal life as soon as possible. That’s where robot-assisted surgery comes in.

The team at Washington Urology Associates routinely performs daVinci Robot-assisted surgeries of the prostate and other areas. Advanced robotic surgeries are typically less invasive, offer a faster recovery and studies have shown that this technology excels at thoroughly removing all targeted cells, due to its additional precision. Patients have also reported fewer negative side effects such as pain and scarring.

Is robotic surgery the right fit for your situation?

The daVinci robotic technology is commonly used for many types of prostate surgery, including Prostatectomy. To find out if robotic surgery is right for your situation, please contact us for more information. Our physicians will take the time to review options with you and help you choose the best treatment for you.
